Entre Nous started the way most good things in Paris do - over apéro with a friend of a friend. Two expats, a new city, and that particular kind of leap of faith it takes to build community from scratch.

What began as casual invites for cheese and wine turned into elaborate dinner parties, late nights exploring the city, kids' birthday parties, and Friendsgivings. Somewhere between the second bottle and the cheese course, we realized we'd accidentally created something: a space where people could meet, connect, and feel at home in a new city.

For us, apéro isn't just about the food and wine - though we take both very seriously. It's a lens for understanding French culture, a reason to experiment (French 75 jello shots shaped like lemon wedges, anyone?), and an way to bring people together for community.
